Order Errors and Returns

Everyone makes mistakes, but we work hard to minimise the errors in picking. If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

We cannot take responsibility for an order once it has been delivered. We expect you to ensure that your order is checked on receipt of delivery.

On discovery of an error we can replace or refund the item.


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of your order.

If you would like to cancel your order, you need to let us know and return it in the condition it was shipped in.

We cannot accept open packets.

It is your responsibility to organise and pay for the shipping back to us.

Orders cancelled once the order has been shipped will be refunded minus our postage cost which has been incurred.

Orders will only be refunded once the goods have been returned and received by us.
